Testimonials

This sets Phoenix apart from other training providers.

I undertook the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course at Phoenix Academy.  I was impressed by the dedication, commitment, and individual support from the trainers.  Their expertise and encouragement were instrumental in helping me achieve the certification.

The course content was easily accessible through the Learning Management System.  The learning material was contextualised, practical examples helped me understand key concepts in training and assessment and apply them in the real world.

Through this learning experience, I have grown in confidence and feel equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to take on new challenges and grow professionally.

I completed my Cert IV in Training and Assessment with Phoenix Academy. I really enjoyed the course. The class sizes are small and F2F classroom options every second Friday for 16 week meant that you got great opportunity to build a rapport with each of the lecturers coordinating each unit.

The follow up and assistance from the lecturers was great and they were incredibly supportive and motivating to finish the course work. The course exceeded my expectations. The assessment process was very doable for a person working fulltime. They were also very accommodating if you required any assistance.

I have been living in Perth for 5 years and I have been studying for 1 year.  As an engineer working for Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers, my company enrolled me into an executive training program to improve my skills.  This has been really helpful as the course is very customised and focuses on my particular needs.
