Who We Are

Phoenix Training, a division of Phoenix Academy, is an Australian owned and operated Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Perth, Western Australia and is accredited by the Australian Skills Qualifications Authority (ASQA).

Phoenix Training has over 35 years’ experience in delivering customised and personalised training, contextualised to our clients’ workplace and industry needs.

In consultation with our clients, training programs are offered either in-company at Phoenix's campus in West Perth or via Live Stream online through our training portal.

The Phoenix Difference

Many of our training programs are offered as “Skill Sets” and “Micro Credentials” sourced from ASQA accredited training packages. Clients are able to design bespoke training programs that ultimately lead to recognised vocational qualifications on the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Phoenix Training ensures each trainee receives the academic support needed to successfully complete a course. Each trainee’s learning journey is supported by access to a specialised Learning Management System (LMS) through which trainees maintain contact with their trainer and have access to rich learning resources.

Workplace Training Solutions

Phoenix Training’s Workplace Training products are designed to satisfy the requirements of industry and the workplace. They provide easy-to-use industry-customized products that can be delivered in groups or individually, on-site or at Phoenix’s West Perth campus. Online options are also available.

Applied Business Program

Phoenix Training offers a range of pathway-enabled programs that are fully articulated with undergraduate studies at Australian universities.

Courses may be taken face to face at our West Perth campus or via LIVE hybrid delivery to meet your needs. Articulated courses allow graduates to enter first-year university or second-year university at the undergraduate level, or possibly at postgraduate level if combined with significant work experience.

Courses are delivered face to face over 5-week blocks and are also available synchronously online and on-demand, allowing employees to study in a flexible part-time mode.

Professional Development for Trainers

The emphasis in all our train-the-trainer courses is on modern, practical methodology for delivery and assessment. Courses may be delivered face-to-face or through online hybrid delivery using Phoenix’s innovative LMS.
